Nat B provides an exceptional level of service in the area of exercise prescription and lifestyle education. Her skills include providing exercise therapy for musculoskeletal disorders, weight loss, osteoporosis, diabetes management and cardiac care. She is also the primary therapist for the Bodyworks Falls Prevention Program which focuses on the over 55’s maintaining a safe and independent lifestyle.
Nat is highly trained in the use of real time ultrasound for accurately assessing core stability and deep hip function, which is a fundamental component of both high level sports performance and general daily activity. She currently runs our “Back to Basics” back classes, which provide education and exercise therapy to assist clients with back pain.
She is a keen sports person herself and regularly participates in women soccer and swimming.
