Over 55’s Fitness

A number of our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists have a special interest in the specific needs of our more mature community members and as such we have developed an exercise program that specifically targets this client group.

The exercises include general cardiovascular challenges as well as balance, flexibility, co-ordination and strength training to ensure the maximum level of function and a meaningful improvement in the ability to perform activities of daily living.

For the golf-obsessed there are exercises targeted at reducing your handicap and having you back at the 19th tee in record time with record scores!
